Track my order

To track your order, please enter your order ID in the box below and click the “Track” button. It was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

The Seller endeavours to ship products within 2 working days of order confirmation. If a delay exceeds 7 working days after the planned shipping date (except in cases of force majeure), the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and obtain a full refund within 14 days.

The Customer must check the condition of the parcel in front of the carrier and inform the Seller by email at contact@oest-ateliers.fr within 48 hours of receipt.
